WHAT IS SOXCESSFUL?
We create monthly immersive experiences that are educational and fun for all. Additionally, customers can shop or personalize curated accessories & gifts that support global makers.

 

 

WHAT IS AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
An immersive experience is an environment that completely surrounds you and makes you feel like you are inside or part of it.

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Reservations: Donating to our local charity partners online allows you to enter for 10 minutes maximum. Instore Purchase(s): - allows you to enter for 5 minutes maximum *Signed release forms are required before entering the experience.

 

 

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION WHEN I GET THERE?
A purchase of any item in the store is acceptable. *Signed release forms are required before entering the experience.

 

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
You will need a printed or digital version of your confirmation email and a Valid ID or Passport. You’ll also want your phone or camera to capture awesome selfies!

 

 

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You must arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your reservation (e.g. arrive around 2:05p.m. - 2:10 p.m. for a 2:30 - 2:40 p.m. reservation).

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY TIME-SLOT?
Don't be that person... Your reservation is only valid for the date and time reserved. If you miss your time-slot, you can still make a store purchase to enter once space is available.

 

 

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Soxcessful representative. Contact Hello@soxcessful.com for requests.

 

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE?
We do not accept any exchanges or returns on products unless it is Defective, Damaged or an Incorrect item. All Orders must be canceled within 4 hours of purchase to be eligible for a store credit refund. Store credit will only be granted on a case by cases basis for the exact price paid.

 

 

DONATION REFUND(S)
All donations are final and non-refundable.

 

 

CAN I GO THROUGH TWICE?
Each person is allowed one time with their reservation or purchase. If you're interested in going again, you are more than welcome to make another instore purchase to re-enter the immersive experience.

 

 

DO YOU SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY?
Of course! All donations support local causes monthly. Additionally, we are always searching for creative and innovative ways to collaborate and launch new initiatives. Please contact Partnerships@soxcessful.com with any feedback or ideas.

 

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We encourage you to leave oversized bags or items such as (Selfie sticks, tripods, large umbrellas, strollers and weapons of any kind are prohibited. We reserve the right to ban, deny, or remove any individual or party not complying. Authorities may be notified if needed.

 

 

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
Minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.

 

 

CAN WE BRING DRINKS OR FOOD?
We do not allow outside food and drinks but we have partnered with amazing local companies to offer you exclusive discounts with a variety of photo-worthy items!

 

 

DO YOU HAVE BATHROOMS?
Unfortunately, we do not have public bathrooms! Other businesses nearby may have some for use.

 

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Only service animal(s) with proper documentation on a leash as authorized by applicable law are allowed.

 

 

ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED?
Strollers are not allowed inside our immersive rooms. We ask you to kindly leave them in your car / at home or let us store them for you when you walk in. We have very limited room for stroller storage and cannot guarantee space.

IS THERE PARKING?
There is limited street parking available nearby.
