WHAT IS EXPERIENCE IT?

Experience It focuses on uniting locals through Acts of Kindness, self-development and volunteering monthly.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Reservations: The meetups are usually free but in some cases a donation will be asked to support local initiatives.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION WHEN I GET THERE?

A purchase of any item in the store is acceptable. *Signed release forms may be required before participating in any of our meetup experiences.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

You will need a printed or digital version of your confirmation email and a Valid ID or Passport. You’ll also want your phone or camera to capture awesome selfies!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

You must arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your reservation (e.g. arrive around 2:05p.m. - 2:10 p.m. for a 2:35 - 2:55 p.m. reservation).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY TIME-SLOT?

Don't be that person... Your reservation is only valid for the date and time reserved. If you miss your time-slot, we will do our best to accommodate on a case by case basis.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Soxcessful representative. Contact [email protected] for requests.

All donations are final and non-refundable.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We encourage you to leave oversized bags or items such as (Selfie sticks, tripods, large umbrellas, strollers and weapons of any kind are prohibited. We reserve the right to deny or remove any individual or party not complying. We may notify the authorities if needed.

WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?

Minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.

CAN WE BRING DRINKS OR FOOD?

We do not allow outside food and drink but we have partners with amazing brands and locals to offer yummy selections if possible!

DO YOU HAVE BATHROOMS ?

Unfortunately, we do not always have restrooms! Businesses nearby may offer some but please plan ahead.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Only service animal( s) with proper documentation on a leash as authorized by applicable law are allowed.

ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED?

Strollers are not allowed inside the experience. We ask you to kindly leave them in your car / at home or let us store them for you when you walk in. We have very limited room for stroller storage and cannot guarantee space.

ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Absolutely!

IS THERE PARKING?

Limited parking will be available please plan ahead.
