WHAT IS EXPERIENCE IT?
Experience It creates and produces impact-driven experiences in art, culture, and entertainment; business and professional services; community engagement and social impact; and physical activities and wellness.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
Reservations: We have a mix of free events and others that have a fee. In some cases, a donation may be accepted as an entry to  support local initiatives.
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION WHEN I GET THERE?
Tickets for our events are first come, first served By purchasing ahead of an event, you can enjoy  your time without worrying about admition access.  *Please note that signed release forms and/or medical waivers  may be required  before participating in some of our experiences.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
You will need a printed or digital version of your confirmation email and a Valid ID or Passport. You’ll also want your phone or camera to capture awesome selfies!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Depending on the experience, it is suggested to arrive 30 minutes to 2 hours before the start time. (e.g. arrive around 1:30p.m. -  2:00 p.m. or for a 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. reservation).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY TIME-SLOT?
Don't be that person... Your ticket is only valid for the date and time you booked. If you miss your time slot or event, we may do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis should an opportunity be available.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment (including drones) are prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Soxcessful representative or on-site partner. DONATION REFUND(S)
All donations are final  and non-refundable.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We encourage you to leave oversized bags or items such as (Selfie sticks, tripods, large umbrellas, strollers and weapons of any kind are prohibited. We reserve the right to deny or remove any individual or party not complying. We may notify the authorities if needed.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
Minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
CAN WE BRING DRINKS OR FOOD?
We do not allow outside food and drink but  we have partners with amazing brands and locals to offer yummy selections if possible!
DO YOU HAVE BATHROOMS ?
Unfortunately, we do not always have restrooms!  Businesses nearby may offer some but please plan ahead.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Only service animal( s) with proper documentation on a leash as authorized by applicable law are allowed.
ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED?
Strollers are not allowed inside the experience. We ask you to kindly leave them in your car / at home or let us store them for you when you walk in. We have very limited room for stroller storage and cannot guarantee space.
ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Absolutely!
IS THERE PARKING?
Limited parking will be available please plan ahead.
