WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our billing and shipping address is located 1 Washington St #1502 Boston, MA 02108 but we have global manufacturing partners and fulfilment centers all over the USA and internationally.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept any exchanges or returns. We offer store credit on a case by case basis if the products arrive defective, are delivered extremely late, or a mistake was made from our end. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. If the product arrives defective, please send us photo proofs and details explaining the issue. Store Credit will be offered if a replacement product of the same value is unwanted.
DO YOU HAVE ORDER MINIMUMS?
There are no minimum order quantities except for sourced products that require bulk ordering !
DOES SOXCESSFUL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Of course!  Not only do we ship all over the world, but we even have facilities around the globe as well to help speed up and simplify certain products. Contact us for international shipments.

WHAT IF I SUPPLIED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS?
When a package is returned to Soxcessful and or our suppliers due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, we will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We ship with all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc).
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We have a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for all Buy it and Personalized products being shipped within the USA and its Territories for orders under $99 and orders above $100 are calculated by weight.
ARE THE ANY PROCESSING FEES?
The credit card companies may charge a processing fee. Other than that, everything but the actual cost of shipping is included in the prices you see.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PRODUCTS?
Buy It Now products take 4 to 8 business days to arrive.
Pre Ordered products take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.
Sourced products shipments are determined once arranged between clients and our manufacturing completion.
WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?
Customers within the US will be charged tax unless the order is shipping to Missouri, Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Delaware or New Hampshire. Tax laws have changed since the South Dakota lawsuit in 2018 which has changed shopping online. (You can find more information on the case here.)  Since this ruling, nearly every state in the US has enacted laws that allow them to collect tax on sales from businesses outside of the state if they meet a certain minimum of transactions within the state. The only exception to this is the state of Missouri, which is slated to enact similar laws sometime in the near future. Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, and New Hampshire do not charge sales tax, so orders shipped to these states won't have a tax charge by default. Please note that the prices displayed on our site exclude taxes. Any and all applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.
