Ingredients For Making Peanut Butter & Honey Dog Treats:

 

1.5 cup flour

2 eggs

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup vegetable shortening

1 cup water

How To Make Peanut Butter & Honey Dog Treats

 

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, add flour, eggs, honey, peanut butter, baking soda, salt, vanilla, rolled oats, vegetable shortening, and water.

Make a thick, smooth dough

Roll out the dough about 1/2 inch thick 

Use a dog cookie cutter to make different shapes

Bake the dog treats for 20 minutes until they become golden brown

Surprise your dog with treats once they are cool

Store it in an airtight container

 

You can make around 50 dog treats using this recipe.

Some Important Things To Note:

 

If your dog is allergic to flour/wheat, you can also use rice flour

Peanut butter that contains xylitol should not be used as it is not good for dogs

You can store these treats in the fridge for up to 2 months in an airtight container or can also freeze them for up to 8 months
