In order to fight current and future invasions, the world must unite by taking action to protests and standing in solidarity on a national and international scale. 


GET INFORMED

The New Voice of Ukraine: In addition to providing news coverage in three languages - English, Ukrainian, and Russian - the New Voice of Ukraine has also published informative analyses of the situation and op-eds by Ukrainian scholars and experts that provide perspectives on the situation. More information about it can be found on its website.

The Kyiv Independent: has acted as a prominent voice on the frontlines, covering the events since they began and highlighting those who have been most affected by the violence. The English-language outlet continually reports on how the invasion and conflict are affecting citizens, economics, and foreign policy in Ukraine. It can be supported via GoFundMe or Patreon.

Free Press Unlimited: This Netherlands-based organization works to protect journalists worldwide. Donate to their “Media Lifeline for Ukraine”.

 

SUPPORT MEDICS

The Ukrainian Red Cross: a relief agency that does a lot of humanitarian work, from aiding refugees to training doctors. Donate here

Razom for Ukraine: Founded in 2014 to support Ukrainians after Russia annexed Crimea, Razom for Ukraine is a volunteer charity organization.

Fundraiser for Sunflower of Peace: Sunflower of Peace is hosting a fundraiser to provide first-aid packs to paramedics and doctors on the front lines. First-aid supplies for five to ten people are included in each backpack.

Revived Soldiers Ukraine:  assists Ukrainian soldiers along with supporting their families.

 

SUPPORT CHILDREN

People in Need: More than 200,000 people on the ground receive humanitarian aid through People in Need. They provide food packages, emergency shelter, safe drinking water, hygiene products, and coal for heating to those most in need. You can donate here.

The Voices of Children:  Organization helping  Ukrainian children affected by armed conflict by offering psychological and psychosocial support.

MANNA Worldwide: Is a nonprofit organization that supports child development for impoverished communities both domestically and abroad. Through its Ukraine fund, it supports families fleeing for their lives.

 

SUPPORT REFUGEES

Alight:  A humanitarian non-profit that has sent teams of workers to Poland to help meet all the material and psychosocial needs of refugees. To donate, click here

Humanity and Inclusion: This global organization supports people and refugees in conflict-torn areas, especially those with physical disabilities and the elderly. With its Ukraine appeal fund, it aims to provide emergency assistance to refugees displaced by the conflict.

CORE: Community Organized Relief Effort provides immediate aid and recovery to communities in need abroad. Help them in their effort to help Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Funds will be used for cash disbursements, hygiene supplies, and COVID-19 tests.

 

SUPPORT BIPOC & LGBTIQ

Team Rubicon:  Specializes in disaster response and sent physician teams to Poland to help refugees, especially children, women, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Consider donating here.
