WHAT IF I SUPPLIED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS?
When a package is returned to Soxcessful and or our suppliers due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, we will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
You must arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your reservation (e.g. arrive around 2:05p.m. - 2:10 p.m. for a 2:35 - 2:55 p.m. reservation).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY TIME-SLOT?
