WHAT IS SOXCESSFUL?
Soxcessful isa retail incubator backing global visionaries like yourself. We work with global partners to improve their brand and product development, event management, fundraising campaigns, and procurement. Dream The Impossible™, We Make It Happen.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our billing and shipping address is located 1 Washington St #1502 Boston, MA 02108 but we have global manufacturing partners and fulfilment centers all over the USA and internationally.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept any exchanges or returns. We offer store credit on a case by case basis if the products arrive defective, are delivered extremely late, or a mistake was made from our end. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. If the product arrives defective, please send us photo proofs and details explaining the issue. Store Credit will be offered if a replacement product of the same value is unwanted.
DO YOU HAVE ORDER MINIMUMS?
There are no minimum order quantities except for sourced products that require bulk ordering !
DOES SOXCESSFUL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Of course!  Not only do we ship all over the world, but we even have facilities around the globe as well to help speed up and simplify certain products. Contact us for international shipments.
DO YOU SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY?
Of course! We are always  searching for creative and innovative ways to encourage and  support.Please contact Partnerships@soxcessful.com with any feedback or ideas.
WHAT IF I SUPPLIED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS?
When a package is returned to Soxcessful and or our suppliers due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, we will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We ship with all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc).
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We have a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for all Buy it and Personalized products being shipped within the USA and its Territories for orders under $99 and orders above $100 are calculated by weight.
ARE THE ANY PROCESSING FEES?
The credit card companies may charge a processing fee. Other than that, everything but the actual cost of shipping is included in the prices you see.

We work with small and large-scale makers to create and market new products. Curated products range from impact-driven goods (crowdfunded, cooperative, fair trade, fundraisers, independent makers, and sustainable living)  We also offer licensed and manufacturing/supplier direct deals. Soxccessful branded products focuse on limited run quantities through our collaborations with artists, adventurers, brands, designers, fashionistas, innovators, makers, and visionaries
HOW DO I ORDER?
Currently you can go to “Buy It” and choose a product, next you will have to pay for the item and wait for it to be shipped.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE IT IS PROCESSED?
Once an order is processed we cannot cancel. Please reach out to us immediately so we can work with you to find a solution.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PRODUCTS?
Buy Now products take 4 to 8 business days to arrive. Pre Order products take 3 to 5 weeks to manufacture and arrive.

WHAT IS PERSONALIZING IT?
Personalizing it allows you to turn your artwork, design and or image into hundreds of products with just a 1 piece order requirement. If you need bulk pricing please contact us at Hello@soxcessful.com or fill out our quote request.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE WITH PERSONALIZING AND CUSTOMIZING?
Customized products are made with a limited number and an option to change features or behavior when users feel like colors or shape etc.   Personalized products are designed specifically by or for an individual mainly to deliver a unique final product catering to their needs.
WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS CAN I PERSONALIZE?
We allow you to personalize  products for branding, in and outdoor activities, gifting, home & living,  seasonal occasions and wearing daily. Our company is always searching or partnering with new suppliers to launch new innovative products.
HOW DOES MANUFACTURING WORK?
Our suppliers utilize Dye Sublimation and Direct-to-Fabric/Garment Printing. Dye Sublimation digitally prints full color artwork with specially formulated dyes. These prints are then transferred using heat and pressure onto our polyester and polymer-coated substrates at the molecular level for a virtually permanent high-resolution, full color finished product. The Direct-to-Fabric/Garment printing process utilizes our specialized textile printers to deposit specialty inks directly onto the fibers of fabrics. This process is optimized for our natural fabrics.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Currently you can go to “Personalize It” and choose a product, next you will have to submit  your  artwork, design or image for us to create a mockup. Once a mockup is created, we will send it to your order email  for approval. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with manufacturing.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE MANUFACTURING HAS STARTED?
 No! Once a personalized mockup is approved. Manufacturing begins immediately.
DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts on most items. Please contact us via chat or send us an email for more information.
WHAT SIZE/DPI FILE DO I NEED ?
Soxcessful is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided files.All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode.Image sizes can range from as small as 8.5" x 6" to products as large as 88" x 104". Compatible file extensions to upload: png, jpg.
WHAT COPYRIGHT PROTECTION DO YOU HAVE?
The customer affirms ownership or publication rights to all artwork, photos and other materials submitted for manufacturing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Soxcessful from any and all loss, cost, expense and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against Soxcessful ongrounds that printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, or that it contains any matter that is libelous or scandalous, or invades any persons right to privacy or another personal right, except to the extent that Soxcessful contributed to the matter. The customer agrees to, at the customer's own expense, promptly defend and continue the defense of any such claim, demand, action or proceeding, that may be brought against Soxcessful provided that Soxcessful shall promptly notify the customer with respect thereto.
WILL PRINT COLORS BE EXACT AS ON THE SCREEN??
Colors may differ slightly when printed depending on your individual screen settings and the substrate of the product fabric selected.

WHAT IS SOURCING IT?
Sourcing It focuses on reducing procurement costs; our team centralizes and simplifies your purchasing needs with our access to more than 85,000 products globally.
I WANT TO SOURCE WITH YOUR COMPANY, WHAT WILL IT COSTS?
When you submit  a request with us, we review your requirements and submit a formal proposal outlining exact costs and strategy. A dedicated sourcing specialist will be assigned to your project from start to completion.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS CAN YOU SOURCE?
Our sourcing process applies to absolutely any product category that is legal and doesn’t conflict with our mission to create positive change globally. Your dedicated sourcing specialist will review your request and utilize our network of global suppliers to find the best option that meets your needs at reasonable prices
CAN I GET SAMPLE OF MY PRODUCT?
We suggest always requesting samples created with your requirements before mass production. Product and shipping cost will be provided once a project has been started.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SOURCING COST?
The final purchasing proposal will  include 2 purchasing options. Option 1 - Includes (Product cost, logistics, customs clearance and shipping to the final destination). Option 2 - is only for product cost if clients would like to to utilize their own logistics from the nearest Air or Sea port where goods are manufactured.
HOW MUCH COMMISSION DO YOU GET FROM SUPPLIERS?
We  work on your behalf as the purchasing agent and or company. Your satisfaction leads to our Success. Your sourcing specialist works with you from start to finish. During this process,  we will work with you to  approve and exceed expectations.
HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR SUPPLIERS?
Manufacturing practices are very important to us. Our vetting process is based on various factors: Meeting your exact requirements (product, MOQ, price, quality, certifications). Trade Assurance ( we review their past clients and projects if we have never worked with them. Additionally,  we assess manufacturing timelines  and  sample feedback from you. Communication (overall experience and responsiveness).
ARE YOUR SUPPLIERS ACCREDITED OR CERTIFIED?
We will only utilize suppliers that meet your requirements.
CAN I VISIT THE SUPPLIER YOU FIND FOR ME?
After an NDA has been signed, we can arrange a visit by you, your team and or company.  If you don’t want to fly out, we can also arrange a 3rd party audit/QC Inspection such as SGS or a  local agent on our behalf to perform these requests. All costs would be billed to you.
HOW DO YOU MITIGATE RISK?
We review each supplier's standard operating procedure (SOP) then an NDA is signed to proceed  if any sensitive information has to be protected. Additionally, all payments over $10,000USD are negotiated only for when milestones are approved(Paid only via escrow or direct bank deposits).

WHAT IS EXPERIENCE IT?
Experience It creates and produces impact-driven experiences in art, culture, and entertainment; business and professional services; community engagement and social impact; and physical activities and wellness.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
Reservations: We have a mix of free events and others that have a fee. In some cases, a donation may be accepted as an entry to  support local initiatives.
CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION WHEN I GET THERE?
Tickets for our events are first come, first served By purchasing ahead of an event, you can enjoy  your time without worrying about admition access.  *Please note that signed release forms and/or medical waivers  may be required  before participating in some of our experiences.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
You will need a printed or digital version of your confirmation email and a Valid ID or Passport. You’ll also want your phone or camera to capture awesome selfies!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Depending on the experience, it is suggested to arrive 30 minutes to 2 hours before the start time. (e.g. arrive around 1:30p.m. -  2:00 p.m. or for a 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. reservation).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY TIME-SLOT?
Don't be that person... Your ticket is only valid for the date and time you booked. If you miss your time slot or event, we may do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis should an opportunity be available.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
Photography is allowed and encouraged! Commercial or Product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment (including drones) are prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Soxcessful representative or on-site partner. DONATION REFUND(S)
All donations are final  and non-refundable.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We encourage you to leave oversized bags or items such as (Selfie sticks, tripods, large umbrellas, strollers and weapons of any kind are prohibited. We reserve the right to deny or remove any individual or party not complying. We may notify the authorities if needed.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
Minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
