CALIFORNIA SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

Respect and dignity for everyone are our values. Therefore, we condemn child labor, forced labor, human trafficking, and abuse. Our supply chain is committed to fair labor practices. To learn more about the steps we are taking to ensure that our goods are made following ethical production practices, continue reading.

Validation

According to the U.S. government and those of the respective country of manufacture or exportation, we expect our manufacturers to follow ethical production practices. Besides vendor factory reports, Soxcessful uses third-party factory audits to monitor compliance. Once potential risks are identified, a step-by-step plan is developed. The risk assessment includes a focus on monitoring for human trafficking and slavery risks in the supply chain.

Audits

In order to ensure safe, ethical production practices, we require companies producing Soxcessful branded or onbranded products to conduct annual factory audits by one of the reputable independent third-party monitoring companies (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas). Audits can be announced or unannounced.

Certification

Audits at factories show certification passes or failures. Potential risks identified in the supply chain are addressed by per-makers action plans.

Internal Accountability

In the event a maker is not in compliance with ethical production practices as outlined by the U.S. Government and the country of manufacture or exportation, Soxcessful will require the maker to correct the problem immediately.
